** To receive the discount, the visitor must show a valid ID: students must show any kind of student ID, student’s record book (“index” or “žákovská knížka”), ISIC, student public transport ID or similar, provided it is valid for the given year; seniors aged 70 years and older must show any ID card with date of birth.
*** Assistants to adult ZTP/P disability ID card holders have free admission. Adult assistants of children with a ZTP or ZTP/P disability ID card have free admission.

A single one-day ticket allows you to go through the turnstiles only once. Once you leave the zoo premises, your ticket is no longer valid.
- Groups of 10 and more people receive a 10 percent discount. In the case of school groups, supervising teachers have free admission (provided there is no more than 1 adult supervisor for every 10 children or, in the case of preschoolers, no more than 1 adult supervisor for every 5 children).
- Opencard holders receive a 5 percent discount on the one-day ticket price for adults, children, students and retirees, provided they show a valid card.
- Holders of Family Passports (“Rodinné pasy”) receive a 10 percent discount on the one-day ticket price for adults and children, provided they show a valid card.
Tickets can be bought at the zoo’s ticket offices (no later than 30 minutes before zoo closing time).
