Africa Up Close
Take just a few steps in the “Africa from Up Close” exhibit complex and you will have travelled from the Troja Basin all the way to an African village – one long abandoned by its inhabitants and gradually being reclaimed by nature.

Its denizens now include only small creatures of all sorts – mammals, reptiles and even invertebrates – all of which often occupy the most unlikely places.
Prague Zoo is intensely involved in the protection of animal species, whether they live under human care or in their natural habitats. Join us in helping them to survive!
