VISA to the Czech Republic

For WAZA Annual Conference personal invitations used to apply for travel visas to the Czech Republic, please contact the WAZA Executive Office at secretariat@waza.org. Please provide your full name, title and position at your organization, full address of your organization and your birth date. The WAZA Executive Office will issue letters and confirmation of registration and duration of conference  for your visa applications. Please note that you must be fully registered and conference fees must be paid in full to receive a letter of invitation. If for some reason, your travel visa is denied and you are therefore unable to attend the conference, you will receive a full registration refund of your payment by the Zoo Prague.
