Visit the Zoo and Have Fun with Světluška
Between 25th and 26th August, you can come to Prague Zoo and enjoy a great cup of coffee in Kavárna Potmě (Café in the Dark). Světluška and Czech Radio together with Prague Zoo have prepared a day full of fun for smaller as well as older visitors.

You can look forward to riddles, games and competitions and you will be able to use all your senses apart from eyesight. Other than that, you can enjoy guide dog training presentation, performance by singer Zora Jandová, crazy theatre show Radio Crazy or tombola. Visitors can also sit down in the darkened bus that hosts the Café in the Dark, where coffee is served by blind staff. By visiting Café in the Dark you will contribute by 100 CZK to Světluška collection fund and can take with you an original cup to remind you of the unique experience.
Café in kid’s zoo
The Café in the Dark will be ceremonially open at 10 am by Martina Kociánova, Director of Prague Zoo Miroslav Bobek, Director of the Czech Radio Endowment Fund Martina Kaderková and Director of Communications and External Relations in Czech Radio Jakub Čížek. You can enjoy the darkest café on 25th and 26th August, between 10 am and 6 pm close to the kid’s Zoo and amphitheatre.
