The programme will include commented feedings and guided night tours, during which people will have the opportunity to watch activities of the singer Vojta Dyk, guitarist Jakub Prachař, keyboardists František Soukup and Jan Maxián, drummer Ondřej Sluka and bass player Jakub Antl. The whole event will culminate on Monday at 5 p.m. with a special and very quiet concert by Nightwork.
Help to survive
The objective of the project is not only to entertain the six Homo Sapiens Nightworki and to show the visitors of the zoo an unusual enclosure but most of all to raise money for the protection of endangered species. The proceeds from the sale of T-shirts, stickers and special adoption certificates Homo Sapiens Nightworki will go to the Helping Them Survive account of Prague Zoo.
For gorillas and horses
From the Helping Them Survive account (43-6804660247/0100) the zoo has financed e.g. equipment of a primeval forest in Cameroon, which protects gorillas and other animals from poachers. It also financed the publication and distribution of educational and awareness-raising materials on gorillas in Central African countries. Other financial means from this account were used for the transportation of Przewalski horses to their original habitat, i.e. Mongolia.
