African House and Savannah

While the grassy ranges in the neighbourhood of the pavilion resemble African savannah and bush lands, the interior takes you into an African village with the view of the countryside with giraffes, aardwarks, bush pigs or weaver birds. You will also be able to see into a termitary and the exposition of herbivorous locusts. On the floor that looks like settled soil you can follow the tracks left here by people as well as animals.

Do not miss
The herd of Rothschild’s giraffes, the tallest mammals in the world.
The unbelievable African animal called aardwark that eats insects only.
The herds of African antelopes that graze in the vast ranges.
The agile carnivores suricates.
The graceful birds of prey - serpent eaters that can catch even poisonous snakes.
The unjustly overlooked brown hyenas.
