A new foal
On Tuesday 26th April 2005 a young Przewalski’s horse was born.
The mother of the little filly is the experienced female Uršula and its father is our present stallion Gino. The young horse is in the range from the birth. The Prague zoo played an important part in the saving programme of this last wild horse and since 1960 the zoo has been appointed to keep the international studbook of the Przewalski’s horse.
